A bomb blast outside of a KFC in Pakistan killed 6 people. And one article points out that this took place on a day with a high profile trial.

CNN is also covering this story, but their article currently says nothing about the trail related to Daniel Pearl. (Current CNN article is time stamped: Tuesday, November 15, 2005 Posted: 0527 GMT (1327 HKT))

The CNN article simply mentions other KFC and McDonald’s bombings in Pakistan.

It is interesting that CNN seems to have missed that the date of this bombing carries some significance!

update (11/15/2005 11:58AM ET): CNN.com has updated their article with a time stamp of Tuesday, November 15, 2005 Posted: 0807 GMT (1607 HKT). Still no mention of the hearing for the killer of Daniel Pearl!
