In 2004, just prior to the November election a group working with Joseph Lowery was found to be submitting fraudulent voter registrations.
The details are in this Atlanta Journal-Constitution article, which requires registration. There is another copy of the article here, that does not require registration to read.
Now given Joseph Lowery does not feel those up to 3,000 fraudulent voter registration applications were submitted with the intent to actually be used in an election, one would think he would have no problem with a law to verify voters with a picture ID. After all, it would only help him confirm that fraudulent voter registration applications are not used in an election by people trying to affect the election outcome.
But as we know Mr. Lowery is one of the group of assorted nuts that is against Georgia’s voter ID law! And he rejoiced when a judge ordered an injunction against the law. Should a man connected with a fraudulent voter registration scheme be viewed as an advocate of fair elections? I don’t think so!
In NJ it looks like they have dead people voting too! Just as was found to be happening here in GA! Oh but the Lefties like Lowery and Cathy Cox all claim we don’t need a voter ID law! And Cathy Cox even mentioned how no one has ever been convicted of impersonating another voter at the polls! Well Mrs. Cox, how are we supposed to catch them if you keep blocking laws that would?!!!
