Pretty funny that Joseph Lowery would oppose GA’s Voter ID law, considering the actions of his own group!

In 2004, just prior to the November election a group working with Joseph Lowery was found to be submitting fraudulent voter registrations.

11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will not lift the injunction on GA Voter ID law, but will expidite hearing the case.

In a bittersweet decision they will not allow the law to be enforce for now. But I am sure the full court will get this thing right!

A setback for for Georgia’s Voter ID Law which requires photo id inorder to vote.U.S. District Judge Harold Murphy granted the injunction to lawyers for Common Cause of Georgia, the ACLU, the NAACP and other groups who challenged the law…
