Well while military recruitment may not be high in poor areas, we do know what is high in many minority communities:

Not saying minority = poor, but why is the real slaughter in minority areas not being reported? Why are people like Charles Rangel crying that Blacks and poor are being killed in war, while ignoring where they are really being murdered? Maybe he’s trying to get some more campaign money from Planned Parenthood? During the 1998 election cycle Planned Parenthood gave Charles Rangel $2535 (look under Ideology/Single-Issue donations). He has not seen that kind of money from them since! Although Planned Parenthood gives him their “100%” rating. (And of course Michael Moore is a big supporter of Planned Parenthood.)
